Session was good , you talked about creating “value” .you talked about sunder pichai ,you talked about starbucks all these examples were oriented towards creating value of money or revenue , which is good but this was a session for healthcare proffessionals ,so how about we talk creating value of empathy ,faith .service . Generating money is for industrialists and buisnessmen .we should talk about role of communication in creating value through service . Lets not preach healthcare providers to value communication for making money or gaining power .Govt doesnot spends 60lakhs ruppees in making of a single doctor for him to make money but to provide services ,To create value of faith in public health care .We have done this to the education sector as a result govt schools have lost its “value” lets not do this to healthcare now . The session was truly good but since it is a feedback section i would appreciate if you add a more of a humanitarian touch to it because at last we are going to be doctors we work for good will of people not with with sole will of generating revenue.
I would appreciate if you give examples according to your audiance.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Ojas. What we should learn from examples like Sundar Pichai and Starbucks is the “trait of value creation”—not “with the intention to make money” , but as a mindset of adding meaning and impact through what we do. In healthcare, that value must definitely come from empathy, trust, and service. Doctors serve a noble purpose, and communication is key to building faith—not for personal gain, but for healing and human connection. Your feedback made me realize that I must work on choosing examples and stories that are less likely to be misunderstood. I truly appreciate your perspective—it helps make future sessions more meaningful. Don’t worry, my lessons are not aimed to create ill effects like in the education system you have referred to.
